Parenting a child with ADHD often requires constant attentiveness, patience, and a remarkable amount of energy. The emotional toll can be significant, especially when everyday routines like homework time become stressful and overwhelming.
Functional Reflex Therapy (FRT) offers a simple, effective relaxation technique that parents can use to help calm their child, reduce anxiety, and create a more relaxed environment for learning and daily routines.
Through gentle reflex movements and focused touch, this technique helps the body release natural endorphins — those wonderful “feel-good” chemicals — promoting calm, balance, and emotional well-being for both parent and child.
🌿 Benefits include:
Reducing stress and anxiety / Supporting emotional regulation / Enhancing focus and concentration / Encouraging co-operation during daily tasks / Strengthening the parent–child bond
Empower yourself with tools to bring calm and connection into your home — one gentle touch at a time.
