Baby Reflexology Training for Parents, Carers & Grandparents

👶 Baby Reflex & Reflex 4 Toddlers Workshop

Gentle Touch. Deep Connection. Natural Calm.

For thousands of years, Reflexology has been recognised as a valuable and natural complementary therapy.
Baby Reflex is a gentle, nurturing form of reflexology created especially for babies, infants, and toddlers — from one month to three years (and beyond).

This soothing technique requires no creams, lotions, or oils, and there’s no need to undress your baby.
Through gentle, loving touch, parents can help their little ones feel safe, secure, and connected — strengthening the natural bond between parent and child. Most babies quickly come to recognise and enjoy this special time, happily offering their tiny feet for this relaxing bonding experience.

✨ Baby Reflex helps to:

• Calm and comfort your baby naturally

• Support sleep and relaxation

• Ease common discomforts such as colic, teething, and congestion

• Strengthen the parent–baby bond

• Promote overall wellbeing

🌿 Reflex 4 Toddlers

As babies grow and begin to explore their world, Reflex 4 Toddlers extends these techniques in a fun and engaging way.
Developed by Penny Odhams (following the work of Jenny Lee, founder of Baby Reflex), this delightful routine uses hand reflexology combined with nursery rhymes and lullabies.

It’s simple, playful, and effective — helping toddlers relax, unwind, and connect with their parents through touch and song.

💛 Reflex 4 Toddlers aims to:

• Encourage bonding between parent and toddler

• Promote calm and relaxation (perfect for tantrum moments!)

• Improve sleep and bedtime routines

• Support overall health and wellbeing

• Make relaxation fun and interactive!
